He worked with me to explain how the item would not fit. Our messages helped with design pointers which he will use with future sales. Unfortunately I had chosen a tailpiece for my guitar that was incorrect . If not for his truthfulness and help I would have purchased a piece that would not have fit correctly. He lost a sale but gained a friend.
