We buy $2,000 of new and used items each week that are available to list in our store. Every item that we purchase for resale is carefully inspected, stored in a clean scent-free environment, and when ordered shipped (mostly) with eBay branded shipping materials and packaged carefully so items arrive safely to our buyers. Items we sell come predominantly from two sources. The first is a weekly auction the sells mostly collectibles from high-end estates with SOME new items. The other is a warehouse company that buys overstock from national retailers (the retailer has too many to store in their own warehouse and so they auction excess inventory) or "shelf pulls" (the retailer no longer wishes to sell the item due to any number of reasons i.e. the item is seasonal or they just want to make room for different items). After inspecting items, items NOT in good enough condition to sell on eBay are donated to various churches/charities to ensure our buyers receive the best available.

    THE best seller I have encountered on eBay! Covered additional shipping expenses that resulted from a wrong address on my end-- extremely communicative and helpful. Product is wonderful, very happy with the camera! Packaged carefully, with a fragile sticker. All products are as described, great value! Very happy, would recommend.

    The Cherished Teddies "You're over the Hill" figurine was lovingly wrapped in lots of protective bubble wrap and was further protected by packing peanuts, inside a sturdy box. The Bear figurine arrived in perfect condition. It is so precious and beautifully crafted. It is exactly as described. I am very happy with it! The price was marvelous, and the shipping was nice, too. I am pleased with the excellent service, and so happy with the adorable bear!

    I received the lens as described. Its shipping was combined with other items to save postage. The packaging for the lens was bubble wrap which protected it during its shipment. Overall i think that the lens is a good value as similar lenses are a tad bit higher so I caught the item at a good time. I communicated with the seller throughout the process which was handled wonderfully.

    Excellent purchase! Item arrived quickly and was exactly as described in the listing. Packaging was secure and protected the item well. Condition is great - looks barely used and functions perfectly. Amazing value for the price point. Communication with seller was prompt and professional. Would definitely buy from this seller again.     Item was new as described and came in appropriate packaging. Was overcharged on shipping cost though because I know the media mail price for a single DVD in a padded envelope is not $5.38.
