  The item was as exactly as described, works well, and is in very good. It was securely packaged. Shipping was a bit slow, and it arrived about a week outside of the delivery window. I feel like I got my monies worth and I would order from these folks again.

  Besides packaging that was right, shipping time horrible, seller misleading ad was posted as a US seller, which in fact over messages had told me that they are not located in USA, they are from Canada. So to give you guys a prospective why you have to avoid this seller is that i got my item in 3 weeks, if i knew that upfront i think i was not going to buy from this seller. I am located in IL, purchased package came from Canada thru WA state, 3 weeks!!!

  You are a liar !!! The package was shipped from WA state ….. NOT Canada. Took longer due to severe weather conditions, nothing else.

  The radio I received was just as described in great condition. Packaging was by far the best I have ever received an item from a seller. Definitely priced well. Excited to get the radio installed and back to factory.

  The seller partially refunded for a damaged/bent part...after not wanting to. But the whole transaction was a real pain. read others negative feedback. its all true. The parts are not in good condition as listed. They come from an area that has rusty cars. The cars are moved around the junkyard with a giant forklift, so don't buy any suspension components from this seller. They WILL be bent or damaged. Seller is Canadian and is a bit of an arse to deal with as well. Took three weeks to ship.
