    Shipping has been completed on time from the updated date. Packaging of the items was well done and as described. The value of the product was alright, which has nothing to do with the seller but the company. Thanks to the seller the item was priced affordable for his customers. Shipping was on time and the packaging was fine as well. The appearance, quality and condition was excellent giving good value to the cards. The product was as described which also help with resale or trade value.

    I received the card very quickly, but when I opened it, it was the wrong card. I messaged the seller right away and he replied within an hour, apologizing for the mixup and stating he'd refunded my purchase and mailed out the correct card for no charge. I received the correct card within 4 days. I appreciate his fast response and the willingness to do the right thing, quickly!
