  Item was as described and packed very well but had large cracks on two sides. Very disappointing. I contacted the seller immediately and within an hr I'd sent pictures and she issued a full refund. She was Very kind and prompt. I appreciated her efficient response. I would definitely order from this seller again. No worries.
