      The seller did not note in the listing's description that the plastic housing for one of the screws would be broken (with the screw missing altogether). This damage was subtle enough that it's not easily noticeable in the listing's pictures. I tried requesting a partial refund, but the seller eventually stopped responding after I showed how the item was damaged. Still, the item does work and shipping was fast. I determined that the item wasn't damaged during shipping, and it was packaged well.
