  As a satisfied recurring customer I can say this seller is superb. He has great customer service, he answers all questions. The photographs are of the real objects he sends. The nib was shipped quickly and delivered with 2 to 3 weeks. New just as advertised and perfectly working. Packaging was great in protecting this fragile item.   This is my 7th purchase from this seller. As a fountain pen novice, I’ve been misled by multiple sellers as to condition of the used pens I’ve bought, but all of my pens from speerbob arrive in excellent condition and EXACTLY as described. His packing is ingenius, using PVC pipe to protect pens in shipment. Shipping is fast (and usually free) and his pens are very competitively priced. I’ve come to the point where I’m hesitant to buy from anyone else. Highly recommend!!

  This was my second purchase from Speerbob's EBay store, and it was as easy and pleasant as the first. The vintage pen was exactly as described, in absolutely mint condition, offered at a very fair price. He shipped it within 12 hours of completion of the auction, safely packaged in PVC piping.

  This is my second order from Speerbob, and his shipping was remarkably fast. The pens arrived in their boxes (as the listing stated), securely wrapped in cardboard to prevent damage to the boxes, and everything arrived in good condition. The Hero arrived in exactly the described condition. We're so pleased with Speerbob's great service and speed. Highly recommend ordering from his shop!

  Unfortunately, I had to return the pen as it did not quite match the description I had in mind. The return was very painless: I received the item fast, returned it just as fast, and immediately received a refund from the seller. The item was very well packed and the price was reasonable. Although this particular purchase did not quite work out, I will purchase from the seller again. Thank you for processing the refund so fast.
