  Item came in slightly damaged. The price was great. The glass had a crack on it. I messaged the seller and they were willing to send another but I did not have the time to get another one so they refunded me.

  When packaged is mailed and tracking is provided there is a trail however even when delayed or lost in transit there is a record of having been accepted, In my situation this is not the case. It is not until you repeatedly ask for an update you finally get their attention. This vendor is not being transparent. If not mailed just say so, as such If my negative feedback is incorrect I will ask it be retracted. Let see what direction the vendor takes however as of now this transaction sucks.
