  Purse and wallet are beautiful and just as described. Asked seller question a couple of weeks before purchasing but never responded. Packing just ok, no insulation around the items, they were just loose in the box.

  The purse is perfect. Shipping was fine until the delivery date. This information does not reflect on the seller. I had to chase down my mailman to get my purse. I had to report it stolen! He scanned it to be delivered, but there were no foot prints in the snow indicating he got out of his truck. He lied about it, left, 5 minutes later came back with it. I reported his ass too. That would've been the second package he's stolen from me. I'm so glad I have it now. Thank you so much! <3

  Never received item. Does not respond messages. Look at negative feedbacks, many report same issue. Incredible Ebay allows accounts like this to continue to sell

  carrier lost the item refunded her money right away but such angry soles on ebay unbelievable. i am still on ebay cuz ebay knows things can get lost, i didnt keep anyone money. Money was refunded promptly .... so sad to try to mess up my business. GOD bless you

  Seller never shipped my item & never responded to my contact or answered my questions then cancelled using the reason that there was a problem with my address. I live in a home with a mail box & I receive packages everyday from all over the country. That claim is bogus. Trying to blame me for their incompetence.

  Ordered a bag 2 weeks ago and it still had not been shipped. I’ve messaged this seller 3 times and got one very vague response. I’m going to have to have eBay step in to get a refund. Not sure how this seller has such good reviews unless they are fake. This has been a nightmare!!!
