To me that shows true character of a business because they could have just sent me what I ordered and it would have been my fault then I would have had to go through all the trouble of sending back. So you ask me how do I rate this seller? 10 stars all the way and Id recommend this seller to everyone I know.

Shipping was a bit complicated but it was the post office’s fault for not delivering it to the correct address and we received it eventually from our neighbors. The seller even called me to make sure this was the correct belt that I needed!
