  Packaging was phenomenal! Shipping was delayed once but I was in no rush to get the item and it was just an issue on the mailing company’s end. Other than that, what I was sent was as described and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Again, the seller went above and beyond with the packaging to make sure my item was not broken or damaged in any way and also went out of her way to write a thank you note. 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you!

  Manufacturer color defect in item received, each one is a little different. Seller sent pictures of other units and sent a replacement. I returned the different one. Very well packed and kind. Thank You for going above and beyond.
