"VEYZ SUSTAINER" is the brand name of our produet, namely Custom Sustainer, which is located in Tasikmalaya City, West Java Province, REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA. Veyz Sustainer was founded in 2015, and is still running today. Of course we are experienced and professional in this field (Musical Instruments) because we have sent them to all regions in Indonesia, and sent them to various countries, or you could say that we have spread to various continents, (America, Europe, Australia, Africa and of course also Asia) There are 3 modes for the sound neck position produced for this custom sustainer:
- NORMAL
- MIX
- HARMONIC This pickup requires 9volt battery power because it is an active pickup. For installation instructions, a DIAGRAM and VIDEO tutorial will be provided later. (THIS IS AN ORIGINAL CUSTOM SUSTAINER PICKUP MADE BY US, AND ONLY WE ARE THE ONE WHO KNOWS THE SYSTEM, SO PLEASE CONTACT ADMIN IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS)

    Shipping and packing was perfect, the item arrived early and without damage. I was worried about installing this thing myself, putting in a sustainer is one of the most difficult tasks of guitar electronics. One website notes "professional installation strongly recommended." I was extra worried when wiring instructions weren't included, however, the seller communicated directly with me and helped create custom wiring diagrams specific to my guitar. The sustainer works perfectly now.

    By far the WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE ON EBAY! I Ask the seller if I can return the product because it didnt work it just made a bunch of noise and that was it. He said i can only return it if i retract my return request thru Ebay. Then he said that I was not competent enough to do the install myself and that i should have someone else do it. I have yet to recieve any refund whatsoever. Just a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WOSRE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY!
