    the seller was responsive and when i requested for a refund the seller did issue it back with no issues I only requested refund because the item was running late and wasn't sure when it would airrve since the carrier didn't offer live tracking and no customer service number but the item ended up coming the next day so everything worked out the seller get a 5 star but I recommend to use a better shipping carrier so the package can be tracked better. the item came as described.

    The item arrived timely but with the package damaged. Seller confirmed that they would provide either a discount if the item was not damaged, or a full refund if it was. It was not damaged, but as I went to install it I realized I ordered the wrong kind of part. I let the seller know, and they kindly refunded my money and said I didn't need to return the part. Excellent customer service!

    I was back and forth on this and like warranty offered yet I asked for a refund and I'm rebuilding my unit. they were quick to respond and refund me before shipping. I have faith in their product and I was a pain in my messages yet they were great in their responses and timing. I trust them.

    We purchased this product a few weeks ago but the box arrived empty. I reached out to the seller who was very helpful and they ended up shipping us a new part at no extra costs, including shipping charges. They were very kind and helpful. I'm pleased with the outcome!
