    Hi, I received this from Auspost, is there anything you can do from your side as the seller. Thank you. Hi Malcolm, Thanks for your patience while we looked into your missing parcel. Case reference: 67728079 Tracking Number: 99716991411101000830909 We ve found no further traces of your parcel in our delivery network. It also hasn t been scanned at our Returned Mail Redistribution Centre, where we store undeliverable items and loose contents. They advise it cannot be found, advised contact you.
