    My first order was lost in the post. After contacting the seller it was resent and arrived quickly. Good communication from seller with regards the second posting. Item arrived well packaged and as described and because the seller had sold out of my original order I was given the option of having 50 lights instead of 24 at the same price. Thank you.

    Fantastic lights, great value, packed well , & arrived very quickly . Contacted the seller for information about battery size & received an extremely quick response 1st thing in the morning.     Great seller with fantastic response time to messages. Sent extremely promptly and although carrier had parcel for over a week with no updates, seller followed it up and chased the carrier for me with no hesitations asked. Lights arrived and are exactly as described and look lovely as I'm setting up my christmas tree. Would highly reccomend thjs seller. Thank you!

    I ordered Bolsius candles, which I'd bought from the seller before, as they are the best candles for what I need. However today the order arrived and was Prices candles. I hadnt recieved any notification that the original order couldn't be complete or that it would be changed. If I wanted Prices candles I would have ordered them and don't appreciate being sent something different with no consultation. A shame as I had previously been very happy the service.
