    Brilliant customer service. I was contacted the same day that I placed my order to confirm whether I had ordered the correct part. I had not and was advised which part I needed. The correct part was actually a little more expensive but my offer to pay the difference was refused. The part arrived very well packed and very quickly.     My oven’s door catch was broken and I bought from this seller. He even gave me free screws as the latch don’t come with it which is fantastic! The delivery was fast as well. Upon receiving the item, I am having difficulties putting up the item to my oven and I tried to message the seller to ask for help and suprisingly he helped me and gave me tips on how to put it up!! I am just incredibly happy that he helped me and I was able to successfully put it up myself. Highly recommended seller!!

    The seller was super helpful, above and beyond helpful answering a myriad of questions I had regarding parts for my Indesit oven. Ordered a new fan, fan plate and oven bulb. Delivery was fast and superbly well packaged. I fitted them all this morning and am very happy. Highly recommended. Top quality seller. A+ without any hesitation.
