    Item arrived as ordered well packaged and on time. After following the installation instructions it became clear I had ordered the incorrect pod. I initiated a chat with the supplier to explain the problem and I received quick, accurate instructions on identifying the problem and correct pod. The supplier requested me to post the item back to which I did and provided the proof of postage and I received the correct pod the next day. Followed the instructions and works perfectly!
