Pictures seemed to show discoloration and possibly rust even though the description was new. The item received was a factory Remington part and new as described. What discoloration was present was the brown oil on the product. Shipping was fairly quick. Overall a good deal and I am quite pleased. I can recommend this seller. Kudos Slicker77
