    Item arrived safely, on time and in wonderful packaging. The seller was kind and courteous in their communication and kept me updated as to when the item shipped out! There was a slight delay in shipment that required re-issue of the tracking number due to a problem with the label but that was quickly and promptly addressed. I am very pleased with the purchase and would shop from this seller again! Thank you so much

    Items came exactly as described. They arrived promptly and were well packaged. The seller had great communication when I had a question about shipping dates as there was a slight delay but it was resolved straight away. Highly recommend buying with this store especially if you’re looking for Japanese exclusive plushies and collectibles. Thank you!

    Great seller. Quick to respond to questions and he updates you with whatever is happening from the beginning. Best packaging I’ve seen from someone, I could drop it from 20 ft and it wouldn’t have gotten damaged. Shipping was VERY quick coming all the way from Japan. Will definitely order from the seller again.

    The item was very well packaged and exactly as described. However, I was assured in a message it'd be shipped in time and it was shipped out the say before the latest delivery estimate. And then I was asked to review the item before I'd even received it. For thr marked up price, I'd have preferred to get it sooner.

    The package looks great. It was wonderfully wrapped and the seller communicates amazingly the quality in the condition of the figure. I can’t really speak on because it’s a gift so I haven’t opened it. Personally I wish shipping was a little bit lower since I did have to pay an additional shipping fee of another $60 on top of the original $30.
