  Item arrived safely, on time and in wonderful packaging. The seller was kind and courteous in their communication and kept me updated as to when the item shipped out! There was a slight delay in shipment that required re-issue of the tracking number due to a problem with the label but that was quickly and promptly addressed.   Items came exactly as described. They arrived promptly and were well packaged. The seller had great communication when I had a question about shipping dates as there was a slight delay but it was resolved straight away.   Great seller. Quick to respond to questions and he updates you with whatever is happening from the beginning. Best packaging I’ve seen from someone, I could drop it from 20 ft and it wouldn’t have gotten damaged. Shipping was VERY quick coming all the way from Japan. Will definitely order from the seller again.

  Seller informed me of tariff price change before shipping and gave me the option to pay or refund. I took the refund and ordered elsewhere but regret it as other sellers do not inform you of the increase and you get hit with the extra cost or it gets returned. sk-z-jp-store is an honest seller that puts in the extra effort.

  The item was very well packaged and exactly as described. However, I was assured in a message it'd be shipped in time and it was shipped out the say before the latest delivery estimate. And then I was asked to review the item before I'd even received it. For thr marked up price, I'd have preferred to get it sooner.

  One arrived not working, although seller advised they were working! I decided to keep them as they are discontinued. The seller agreed to refund me tiny amount £50 as I requested £100. Minus, the above everything was as described.
