The product was described as 'used' but it arrived in PERFECT condition like it was brand new, including the packaging. The seller did an exceptional job in safely wrapping the item, it arrived here intact with no damages. Shipping was exactly as estimated to the U.A.E.     Postal was fast even though they tried to smash the box! But the thermos was very well packed and came out of it with no damage! The piece looks just as pictured and was better priced than others advertised! Great purchase! It has been added to its matching lunchbox and added toy collection!
