  Overall experience was positive. Package was lost. I reached out to the company and they were super helpful. They even sent a new one when they discovered the package was lost. New part arrived very quickly. Currently waiting for the part to be installed by my husband. Would buy from the company again!

  I gave you a positive as the item was not damaged and was as described. It will bolt straight onto my Buggy. I was advised this morning that the carburettor was being delivered today. I couldn’t get to my factory until midday. The carrier had already been and tossed the box over the fence. For a box to come all the way from the US and then be thrown over a fence in Australia is unbelievable. Get rid of this carrier asap. Eddie.

  Arrived in a timely fashion shipper was not very careful the foam inside the box was smashed up, product appears undamaged, and all separate pieces were in there. Nice engine great price.

  This eBay seller has done everything to make this transaction positive! USPS completely lost the package!, then repackaged it in a different package but it eventually arrived 5 days later., when they lost the package entirely. It showed up as being found today right before delivery. I do not ever recommend shipping anything through USPS. Five stars for the seller!
