  Package arrived on time & very securely wrapped. Looked in excellent condition, was relatively easy to set up for someone not very computer savvy!! The 12 month guarantee was not in the box & we didn't receive an email but upon contacting the seller they assured me by quick reply that we did indeed have said guarantee, which was a bonus for us. So far delighted with delivery, the computer & the service provided.

  I would give positive feedback but the items arrived damaged (one irreparable) and poorly packaged for international delivery. The seller was quick to respond to my problem but would not send a replacement due to it being an international sale ! I accepted a partial refund. Also, the items have no displayport input as advertised so I cannot connect to any computer to test therefore I am not able to verify the functions of the least damaged display. Not my best ebay experience.

  The Company suplying this computer have been exception in the quality of their service. I had asked for MS Office to be installed which they did and the computer was dispatched to me on Tuesday 17th. It arrived on Wednesday, well packed in a large box and in perfect condition. On telephoning Skytech Solutions I was able tospeak to a "living person!!" who was extremely helpful. I cannot praise this company enough. This was to replace an old computer which has Windows 7. First Class Company!

  The computer arrived in very good condition and fast.very well packed. Unfortunately due to MY misinterpretation of the advert it was not what i required. The matter was resolved very professionally by the seller and a full refund paid. I would recommend this company to anyone with the proviso to read the advert very carefully as i personally found it a little misleading.Please bear in mind i am 83 and not a computer wizz kid. I thank this company the way the transaction was handled
