Delivery failed and the package was returned just a few hours later. Seller has not responded to messages. I tried to track the parcel and contact both Yun Express and DHL, but there was no real support. No option to correct the address or pick up the parcel myself. He did not ship the item to you, & the address he shipped to was not yours. So he can't fix this. The international shipping place is who had to have messed up, but again, I can't do anything. Contact eBay, get ahold of the place they have ship, and they have to resolve. My hands are tied, & its going back to who shipped it, not me. You shouldn't have been able to leave neutral
