  Boots arrived as described. Managed to score them roughly half off retail. Shipping cost was reason. Boots were well packaged. Included with shoes were some free items (a cloth, extra laces, shoe horn, and shoe trees). Shipping time was about as good as it gets to my location. Would purchase from this seller again.

  Great product, packed well, some extra goodies and care guidance. I really couldn't have asked for more. Will happily give this guy my business again. Shipping was fast and correct, cost was higher than I expected, but upon receiving the package I understand why--and totally worth it. Completely as described.   I was stunned at how much like the photo the shoes appeared. If I remember correctly, the shipping and arrival were way sooner than expected. This seller really cares about the arrival condition because packaging is like Fort Knox. I'm so glad I found these shoes in my size and width. High value investment because not only do they look great with a variety of outfits, but I can maintain these for years...maybe my lifetime.
