The 48hr Tracked delivery resulted in the package being opened and the contents removed. Royal Mail then delivered the empty packaging declaring it 'Delivered' in an outer envelope apologising for any damage. The seller gets a positive response but Royal Mail were very poor in allowing the items to be 'lost' and sending me an empty bag.

All I will say to seller is you said a price and nearest offer. But you declined every offer that I sent, wasting days going back and forth. So in the end I had to pay the asking price, which was a fair price. If that’s the price you wanted it would have saved time, not to say nearest offer 😆 Thanks anyway

The device is functioning very well and everything arrived in good condition. Although the strips had a short expiry date I reached out the customer care team for a replacement. Their response was incredibly prompt & they resent new strips as promised. I'm very satisfied not only from the quality & performance of the product but also with excellent customer service. I would recommend Sincare.
