I purchased the product on a Sunday and received it by Thursday, fast shipping. It was pack very securely which made me even more confident that the product would work.   There was a problem woth fedex not getting my package to me and the seller was so wonderful! He communicated with me very promptly and gave me a refund when necessary. Honestly a very very wonderful seller, I 1000% recommend buying from him.
