    Lovely item well packed and promptly sent, BUT DHL DELIVERY WAS DREADFUL. First delivery date was missed totally, and on the second attempt was dumped on the outside patio of a neighbour’s flat ( who was away from home) despite the fact that I was in my flat and would have answered had the doorbell been rung. DHL NEVER delivers parcels properly in this area - this is the fifth one which has been abandoned in this way, nor do they respond to complaints.

    Although fragile beak of bird broke during packaging, seller immediately responded to the refund request and apologized for the issue. Things happen. A great seller is defined by how well an issue is rectified. A+ seller! Will follow and buy again!

I collect Silversmith's from 1600-1899 that were born , worked ,lived ,in business with or died in new Hampshire! I have many but too many to list !
