Fast shipment! Battery was charged to about 1/3 of capacity for safety reasons which were explained in the handy instructions included. It came wrapped in the static free cover and foam pads to keep it secure in the box. Seller was quick to ship, communication on shipment and tracking info was quickly sent to me. Today I rcvd the New Kyocera SCP-69KBPS DuraXE4710 battery that I purchased from the folks at silicon_electronic for the best price available anywhere plus free shipping. Impressive ship from CA to OH in 3 days! They also packed the battery well and a good thing because USPS trashed the package. This is a great company to purchase from for all of your battery needs. Yes, this is my second time ordering from this seller. They are great and the price is right. I sent them a message because after installing the throttle position sensor my truck was still running erratically. In my message to them I asked if sometimes these sensors have a defect. In their message back to me they asked if I would like a refund without having a to send the part back. Thankfully I found that I didn’t reconnect a vacuum hose and that was the problem. Their part was fine. 5 stars!!!

The battery arrived in good packaging. It looked new and in pristine condition, but it didn’t work. When I did the battery replacement on my iPod and plugged it in the battery started doing a bubbly noise, then battery didn’t charge. They contacted me regarding the battery, they we super polite and helpful. The apologized for the issue and gave me a full refund even though I didn’t as for It. They just wanted to go the extra mile to make things right. Amazing CS, I’ll buy from them again
