  I had a shipping issue with one of the items, and seller helped me as soon as they knew about it. They have good communication when you need it, just be aware that they are located in China and time is different from the US, they’ll answer you the next day, but overall is a good service, I purchased another item from them.

  Exactly as described, but usps decided the best way to get the item From Ohio through Texas was to send it to Guam, then Hawaii first... arrived a week later than originally quoted, but packaging was excellent, and protected contents.
