Tuner is great. Be aware that if you have ATSC 3.0 towers in your area you may not be able to use them. Plex servers do not have the AC4 audio that most stations use. Some channels even DRM their broadcast
The 4 star is because of an issue with shipping. First I got the wrong item, then customer service was a nightmare. I had to open a ticket on their site, then they stopped replying, 2 days later I just called them. Took 8 days to get the right item after I ordered it w/ free 2 day shiping
