They refused to provide a shipping label after multiple requests for item that was clearly not for or compatible with my vehicle, instead suggesting I pay to have the item altered. After disputing with my credit card, they tried to make me pay for return shipping for a refund, despite initially refusing the return. Ultimately, they refused to accept the item back, forcing me to keep it after I won the dispute. This felt like an attempt to avoid accountability.
