I do inspect and clean items when needed to the best of my ability.  Please know that I will not and DO NOT sell items that have smokey or musty smells, but I can not guarantee them to be from a smoke/pet free home.  I will be as detailed about any defects or condition issues an item may have with pictures and a written description.  Items are sold "AS IS" and unfortunately, returns are not accepted.  Items will be packaged carefully and the packaging material might be reused or repurposed material.     Happy customer! Hiking shoes were exactly as described - lightly used and in great condition. Shoes were super clean. Packaging was excellent. I ordered the shoes on the 13th and received them on the 19th. Shipping cost seems a little high but shoes were a good value.
