  Isagi came as described. I really want to thank the seller because somehow it got mixed up in Japan and they sent it again. I really love their value of the customer, thank you so much for communicating back. It took a while to get here but I love it. The condition was still new, packaged with care.   The products I ordered was a bundle of several figures and I found the pricing to be an amazing deal. It arrived very quickly, much faster than the date initally given. The figures were well wrapped and protected in bubble wrap and news paper. Each box looked brand new with no damage I could see. Each of the figures came exactly as shown and look wonderful. I highly recommend this seller!

  Kumasan answered all questions and replied fast. package shipped with as much protection as he could. Took a few days for seller to prepare shipping but I understood it was mentioned in the listing that it would require a few extra days to handle shipping. Paid extra for the Fed Ex Priority shipping and arrived promptly as promised. Not seller's fault, Fed Ex damaged package in transit. Seller cushioned box with bubble wrap and plastic wrap and cardboard layers. Just Fed Ex at fault. Thanks Kuma

  Order was just as described and packed with care. It arrived in perfect condition. Shipping might take a while because the seller is the only one handling the orders so if you need it by a certain date you might need to contact the seller before purchasing but they are very quick and responsive to any messages you send.
