  The item arrived as described, primarily due to the packaging. The box was delivered with a hole in it, but the item inside was well-cushioned and and in perfect condition. I truly appreciate the seller taking such care with the packaging. Would definitely do business with this person again. Love the teapot wallflower plug :)
