  This dvd was supposed to arrive on March 8 just got her March 12. This seller only responded to my first message and only said the post office is behind. I messaged again and never got a response back. Had to keep checking the tracking for update since seller stopped responding. This seller does not have good customer service and I will never purchase from this seller again. I should be at least refunded back the shipping cost.

  I’ve messages you explaining that it’s delayed due to inclement weather and you response was “ I’m still not seeing a update on tracking, if I don’t see a update tomorrow, I’m gonna want a refund so I can find another seller. This is completely unacceptable.” There was a scan on it the next day. Unfortunately, I can’t control when there are delays due to weather.
