    Prior to purchasing I asked the seller to confirm that this item was in full working order i.e all lights and sounds work, his reply was yes. Unfortunately on receiving the item and purchasing brand new batteries, it did not work. I contacted the seller and advised this and asked what he would like me to do. The reply was that there was no need to send the item back and would issue a full refund, which he did not including the postage paid.
