  Package was originally stolen by shipping company, after I sent video proof, Yinfente rapidly agreed to send me a replacement; their customer service is absolutely excellent and very responsive. Kit looks honestly really great, it's not absolutely perfect (a couple of small router chips in unimportant locations), but for the price it's expected and absolutely worth it. The inlays on the fretboard are superb, by the way (I could not notice any filler). Packaging was 10/10. Would buy again!

  seller was quick to respond and was very transparent with shipping and tracking numbers. sent a lovely gift along with the body which was sweet. the body is beautiful with no dents, scratches, or damage and is very sturdy. wood is great quality and looks exactly as advertised. would buy from this seller again

  A beautiful flute case. Just as it is shown on the site. Fit my Yamaha flute perfectly. Unfortunately it arrived damaged by the shipping. The seller was fantastic. She offered to send a new one or a refund. Excellent communication. Quick response to my concern. Would certainly buy here again.

  Seller chose cheap shipping method. Took forever to receive. Was wrong item when received, not as pictured (sent blond fretboard instead of Rosewood). Very disappointed at all the time wasted waiting for nothing. Seller was kind and responded when FedEx failed to deliver it promptly, but it was all for nothing. Thanks anyway.
