    Overall my experience with this seller is positive. Although delivery was late and one item didn't turn up despite tracking saying otherwise, the seller dealt with this very quickly without hesitation. The item I did recieve was perfect and as described, lovely detail, lightweight and fits perfectly. My rating is obviously based on this item.

    Very fast postage - arrived well within eBay's estimated delivery time. The colour of the shirt is exactly as shown in the ad, it is of good quality and it fits really well. I've also had remarks from other people that it looks good, and given that it was being offered for sale for a cheaper asking price than any other seller advertising the same item I would more than likely buy from this seller again when I next need more new shirts for work. Would recommend seller to other buyers.

    Wrong item sent. No communication/offer to send correct item, just a refund given once I’d returned the item (incurring my time and my petrol to post office for THEIR mistake). Not a remotely positive transaction, but I’m not mean enough to hit the Neutral. I won’t buy from them again as there’s no explanation for the mistake, so I can assume they’re unreliable.
