  The item arrived broken, but they genuinely apologized and got back to me super quick within minutes and gave me a refund immediately. I think it was just an honest mistake and there was literally fragile stickers on every panel of the box it came in, but we all know these delivery people could care less. It wasn't packed correctly and that's why it broke, but I think now that they know they won't make the same mistake again. Seems like they genuinely care about their customers.
