Somos el minorista de vajilla y artículos de regalo de repuesto más grande y antiguo de Canadá.     Shanfields-replacements is an outstanding vendor. Communications were excellent from the outset. When Joan became concerned about the condition of the plates, she contacted me immediately with three alternative courses of action. I chose one, and Joan fulfilled her part of the bargain without a hitch. The items were as described, the price was reasonable, and delivery beat expectation. I will look to do business with this vendor again.

    They were shipping issues but package finally arrived (on a pick up UPS location instead the initial address)...The seller was awesome, very concerned and totally professional!! UPS failed to deliver and their customer service had no clue about the package... it was actually delivered before the original date but no without worries from the UPS company...

    This place setting was perfect and as described. It was extremely well packaged so it would not break. The colors were vibrant as of brand new. It was shipped and arrived as promised. I would highly recommend this seller!
