However, the buyer ignored my request even if I’ve messaged twice and charged all the individual costs totalling £20.97. This does not constitute a negative review, but then two packages arrived and one of the badges pierced through itself and even the envelope! I wish I had never written this negative review but I hope the seller could see this and improve the customer experience. Good luck to both the seller and potential buyers.
