  This is one of the few DVD courses where I caught myself constantly rewatching it in my spare time, the quality of the video is great, the package was shipped with care by this great seller, and communication/ customer service was top notch as well. DVDs arrived in the condition as advertised, the value for money is great and it was exactly what I wanted. A+ buying experience!

  Shortly after purchase I received a message from seller saying they canceled order because they were away for a funeral and couldn't ship it in a timely manner but steered me to another listing for the same product at a cheaper price My refund arrived very quickly 5 stars. Since then I tried to purchase other items from this seller and get a message that they are not accepting bids or offers from me. I've been a member since 2008 with 100 percent positive feedback. Not sure what to think
