  This is one of the few DVD courses where I caught myself constantly rewatching it in my spare time, the quality of the video is great, the package was shipped with care by this great seller, and communication/ customer service was top notch as well.   Shortly after purchase I received a message from seller saying they canceled order because they were away for a funeral and couldn't ship it in a timely manner but steered me to another listing for the same product at a cheaper price My refund arrived very quickly 5 stars. Since then I tried to purchase other items from this seller and get a message that they are not accepting bids or offers from me. I've been a member since 2008 with 100 percent positive feedback. Not sure what to think

  Everything is in order. Postal worker didn't leave key in my box to open the lower parcel package box. I left a note and a key was left the next day.
