They got back to me quickly and had me send a picture of the SKU on the box so they can figure out how the mixup happened. Then quickly sent me out the correct item i was missing in the first delivery! Very professional, good communication, shipping was good and packaged very well. They needed a # off the box and a description of parts missing so I did that. After a couple of messages back and forth I got the message my pins that were missing was shipped and on the way.
