Based in Seattle, WA, Friendly Earth Intl, Inc. is an eStewards and R2 certified electronics recycler. Our business is built upon the desire to protect our environment by ensuring electronic waste is broken down domestically and responsibly, and - most importantly - kept out of our landfills.

The average American home has hundreds of dollars worth of unused tech collecting dust. Here in the greater Seattle area we are doing our part to keep that tech from going to the dump, whether it be through refurbishing or the breaking down of parts for recycling.

    Product VERY much did NOT match listing description in terms of either form or function. MAJOR Cosmetic Flaws and arrived nonfunctional and missing parts. TO THEIR CREDIT, VENDOR IMMEDIATELY ISSUED FULL NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND - AND - I DID NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM. i could be wrong, but i suspect when you do as much business as this vendor seems to, some slip ups are inevitable. The MOST important thing is to immediately take ownership and responsibility, which this vendor did.

    Item as described and works great. Item was very well packed and shipped very promptly. There was a mismatch with the i/o shield; however, seller helped to resolve the issue immediately. Very happy with this transaction and highly recommend this seller! Thank you!

    Purchased a used MacBook Air and it arrived exactly as described. Pictures in the listing were very accurate depicting every flaw. The packaging had a significant amount of bubble wrap protecting it. Shipping was fast too. Definitely worth the value for being used and working perfectly fine.

    The RAM was packaged securely and was fairly priced. My only issue was that it took over two weeks to arrive, but that wasn't the fault of the seller, who shipped quickly. I checked the tracking, and it seemed to be a problem with USPS. No issue, I wasn't in a rush to get the RAM anyway. A+ seller!

    Very very happy with the item. It was packaged super carefully and the listing description was very accurate. The iPad is in very good shape over all, battery life is better than I had hoped, and it's still surprisingly fast! Speaking of fast, the shipping was the quickest I've ever experienced in an eBay order. Lastly, the price was too good to pass up. Thank you Friendly Earth! I would highly recommend this seller and will be keeping an eye on their future listings.
