    Package arrived today…That was FAST! Package with care and in great condition. The item was as seller described, “New” and communication was quick and very helpful.     First, I have to say the wrong item was sent and I contacted the seller. Immediately he apologize and sent out the corrected one with no questions asked. This was a wonderful experience and I would certainly purchase from the seller again.

    Initially received the wrong amount of batteries ordered, but seller quickly rectified the matter and over-compensated with some extras that I wasn't expecting. Seller, SD1228, proved to be a responsible and concerned vendor and I highly recommend you can do business with them with confidence.

    Item finally came, after a few weeks of delay. Most likely from the snow delay. Box was quite beat up, USPS retaped and wrapped up the box in clear wrapping. Items were ok at least. Seller had good communication. Good seller. Thank you.

    There was an issue with shipping and the secure delivery of the product, but the seller was able to make everything right. It is an amazing and beautiful product that is high quality and for a great price! As a buyer, I could not ask for the seller to have done better in responding to my concerns when 1 of the 2 shipments failed to arrive. The seller immediately responded and corrected everything! Very happy buyer on this end to have everything resolved and a great bed/frame in my new home!

    10/10 seller. The mail carrier sent to wrong address, so the seller went out of their way to send a new one to the correct address asap! Very good communication and customer service
