Arrived fairly quickly. As described, seems to be unused (except for the name written on the box, and a smudge of (?) black marker on outside of box). Since this was only a tool, with the roller and a couple of packages of wipes and an empty spray bottle (you fill it with alcohol to clean needles. I bought it for the handle to use with the body roller attachment I bought. Perfect! Now I have 3 different size face rollers and the 1 body roller. I was so happy to find the samples w/the pamphlet.
