  Definitely unexpected. SFCO originally sent me the wrong product. It had a very similar name to what I ordered, so it made sense - mistakes happen. In trying to figure out the mixup, eBay refunded me the entire amount. SFCO reached out to me with an apology and sent me my original order completely free of charge. I offered to return the incorrect item, but they insisted that I have both for free. So I received two items and paid nothing. Mistakes happen; reactions define. SFCO was great.

  The books were shrink-wrapped and in their original condition. They were bubble wrapped and well packaged for shipping. The price was great for what came. Shipping was faster than I'd even hoped. I'd heard good things about the Seller from friends and I would definitely do business with them again.

  I'd thought I'd ordered a used copy of this tome, very pleased to find a brand new book that was well packaged for travel and arrived on time, also a swift response from order placed to shipped. Great price for this book, I would gladly order from this vendor again. Thank you for great service!

  Game arrived in great shape. Very pleased with the seller and my interaction with them. I would love to see sellers move away from USPS for shipping. They are terribly inefficient. The seller shipped right away but the USPS routed the package slowly. The five starting is for the seller not, the carrier. I highly recommend buying through this seller.
