  Unfortunately Royal Mail managed to, shall we say "lose", this item, with no fault from the seller who l fear will have suffered a loss. Communication was excellent, dispatch was quick. I cannot rate everything since I did not receive the item due to Royal Mail failing to deliver. I would recommend this seller.

  The seller was very helpful assisting me to order the correct part for my monitor. The part arrived faster than I expected and in good condition. The only lost star is for the item description because it was difficult to determine compatibility with my monitor. I would buy from this seller again and do recommend them. Just make sure you message them before they ship to confirm compatibility if you're unsure.

  The item for sale was faulty in its stock, the seller informed me very quickly, the sale was cancelled and I was quickly reimbursed, everything was perfect. Seller +++
