    Purchased item in late August, about the time the Tariffs started messing up buys from foreign suppliers. When the expected delivery failed to materialize within a month I made an inquiry and the seller explained that it was shipped but held up or even lost somewhere. They offered me a choice of a refund or re sending a new replacement. I decided to wait for a replacement. Item showed up today...after two months. Seller was a good communicator. Item was well packaged and exactly as advertised.

    Great experience with this seller. The item purchased is exactly as described but when received it was missing a piece. I contacted the seller with a picture of the missing part. Seller replied that he had contacted the manufacturer and was told a replacement would be sent directly from them. The replacement part was delivered a reasonable time later. I commend this vendor (Scale Model Kits) and the manufacturer (Metallic Details) for excellent customer service. A+++++

    shipping was good especially from overseas. packaging was great. even though the item was only put into a mailer, it was completely wrapped in bubble wrap. the item received was exactly described on the vendors site. thw value for this item was well worth the price.paid especially since the utem received was not plastic but of resin material.
